I design the programs to complement and enhance the knowledge and skill-sets of the participants, and I tailor and adapt the curriculum format, content, and teaching techniques to the unique needs of the individual audience.

DELIVERY METHOD:

All programs are delivered in-person, and are available the following formats and intensities: Single Session (1-hour to full day); Multi-Session; Intensive 1- and 2-day Program; Comprehensive Program Series (follow-up consultation sessions upon request).

Learning Environment:

I offer evidence-based and research-informed facilitation services in a highly-engaging and experiential learning environment. I integrate my clinical experience and expertise, and deliver the content from a strength-based and skills-based perspective. I incorporate a wide variety of instructor-led and interactive teaching methods, including coaching, multimedia, video demonstrations, role-play, group discussions, and culturally-sensitive mindfulness practices

Customized Programs:

I will collaborate with you to design a personalized program to meet your learning needs. You may choose from one of the many available programs and topics below or you may request a specific topic. When creating your customized curriculum, some considerations include: subject matter, skill area and function; audience size and composition; environment; delivery method and approach; types of learners, learning needs, knowledge- and skill-level; budget and time commitments.
